Admissions Process
Step 1 : Admission Form & Trial Classes
We offer trial classes for children from the ages of 6 months to 5 years to experience Buah Hati’s learning experiences firsthand. Bookings for trial classes are available through the Admissions Office.
Step 2 : Placement Confirmation
Our Coordinators will conduct an informal observation during the trial class or interview where necessary to ensure the appropriate year level placement. The result of observation or interview will be shared with the parents. Following this, an offer letter will be issued to confirm your application.
Step 3 : Successful Enrollment
For a successful enrollment the following documents are required:
1. Signed Admission Form
2. Signed Terms and Conditions form
3. 4x Passport sized photos (3 x 4 cm) of the student
4. 2x Copy of applicant’s: birth certificate & household booklet (KK)
5. 2x Copy of mother’s identity card (KTP) / passport
6. 2x Copy of father’s identity card (KTP) / passport
7. Proof of payment of the building fee to confirm slot for new students
